Bioinformatics Graduate Program

The Bioinformatics Program's Bioinformatics Graduate Program provides students with a Master of Science in Bioinformatics. This is a joint program of the Medical College of Wisconsin's (MCW) Bioinformatics Program and Marquette University's (MU) Departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Departments of Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science, and Departments of Biomedical Engineering.
 

Student Training Program

The Student Training Program (STP) provides the opportunity for students to learn the potential of the bioinformatics as an interesting and fulfilling career. You can get more information from the following material.

What's New about STP:

The Student Bioinformatics Platform (SBP) is up and running. The host name is: sbp.brc.mcw.edu. Programs such as Perl, BioPerl, Blast, Clustal W/X, HAMMER, FASTA, Oracle 8i and many more are available on SBP. Please apply your SBP account through your instructor or advisor.

Seminars in Bioinformatics and Genomics

This seminar series is being held in conjunction with the MCW/Marquette Bioinformatics Graduate program (http://gp.bbc.mcw.edu). The goal of the series is to provide students and researchers with an opportunity to interact with researchers using unique bioinformatics applications and approaches for a variety of investigations.
